Planning Division

Responsibilities & Services


The Planning Division prepares and maintains policy guidelines and reviews and processes various land use applications. The staff works with the Development Review Team, the Planning Commission, City Council and various subcommittees as needed.

Information On Legislative Amendments

HB 2001-Middle Housing Code Implementation

This legislative amendment item is scheduled for public hearing on May 11th. You can access the notices, agendas and reports at the hyperlinks below one week prior to the hearing. You can view the proposed text amendment language by clicking on the hyperlink below.

Economic Opportunities Analysis

This project started with a technical advisory committee. To view their meeting minutes, please click on the following hyperlink: EOA-TAC Minutes. The public hearing before the Planning Commission was held on February 9th. Please click on the following hyperlinks for the agenda, and minutes. The public hearing before the City Council is scheduled for April 19th. A hyperlink to the agenda will be available a week prior to the meeting.

Local Wetland Inventory
