The Dallas Civic Center is located on the lower floor of City Hall, with access from the Jefferson Street side. The room is available for use by the City of Dallas, civic organizations, and nonprofit groups. It is only available for use during business hours on business days.
The seating capacity is 96 with tables & chairs and 120 with auditorium seating. The room is equipped with a public address system, WiFi, and a projector & screen. There is an adjoining kitchen with limited cooking supplies. There is also a piano that is on loan that is available for use.
$60 for the first hour plus $45 for each additional hour or partial hour.
$15 per meeting or event, billed quarterly, scheduled annually
