The City departments and our community partners, Pacific Power, West Valley Hospital, and some many more, will highlight their services they provide. With plenty of fun for the whole family, with good food and bouncy houses, and lots of giveaways.

Non-Profit Showcase
This showcase is to help all of our Non-Profit groups in our Dallas area to reach out to the community and let us know what they do and what is available.  This showcase will also give our community members a great opportunity to give back and seek out the different volunteer opportunities that are always available with non-profit organizations. There will also be great food to purchase and bouncy houses for the kids.

Health & Fitness Fair
Our last Tuesday on the Square event will be focused on health and fitness. We will have our local gyms, yoga studio, Parkside Defense, dance, and many other activities. There will be bouncy houses and food trucks. Come join us for a fun and informative evening.

A lot of exciting changes are happening for the BBQ Competition. Our competition will now be held on the first weekend in July (instead of July 4th) and the event will be both days at the Dallas City Park! BBQ teams will be competing in a sanctioned event hosted by Kansas City BBQ Society and sponsored by MAK Grills! There will be public tastings, beer garden, music, and of course all the amenities of our park: creek, playgrounds, clean restrooms... Mark your calendars and join us for this fun and delicious event!

Krazy Dayz is back by popular demand from our community!!  We have so much to offer this year!! There will be lots of different foods to choose from our numerous food vendors and a beer garden!!  A designated area for kids to enjoy which includes bouncy houses, dunk tanks, yard games, and crafts!! Our entertainment on Friday, July 26 ranges from family comedy, circus performers and Idle Poets from Portland closing out the day. All the festivities will take place on the Main Stage on the Courthouse Lawn, with a talent show at the Rotary Performing Stage.

Saturday, July 27th we will have our parade the theme this year is “She Flies with Her Own Wings”  Gusto Brothers will be opening up for our live entertainment. Followed by Clouded Skies and Joe Shinkle & 99 West!  Something for everyone!!  Afterwards there will be an
after-hours dance party with a DJ and the beer garden will stay open also.

Art In The Park

Art in the Park was started by the Dallas Arts Association on July 29, 1984. It continues to be an annual event held on the last Sunday of July in the Dallas City Park (Academy Street Entrance). Vendors sell a wide selection of quality, original art pieces and fanciful crafts. There’s Food Trucks, activities for the kids and LIVE music on a stage set up under the shade of the trees in the middle of the park. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets. Come relax and enjoy a day in the park.
