There is a time during each City Council meeting for questions or comments from the audience. Anyone in the audience has the opportunity to speak at that time. We would recommend, however, that you contact the City Manager's office at 503.831.3502 or by emailing him at jeremy.teal [at] dallasor.gov (jeremy[dot]teal[at]dallasor[dot]gov) prior to the meeting to discuss your issue because he can often provide the information you are seeking or resolve your concern.

Republic Services provides trash, recycling, yard debris, and leaf pickup for the City of Dallas.

Marriage licenses are issued by the Polk County Clerk at the County Courthouse. The phone number is 503.623.9217. Information can also be found on the Polk County Website.

Billing is handled by the Finance Department, 503.831.3508. Questions about water quality or water pressure would be handled by the Public Works Department, 503.831.3559.
