The City of Dallas Building Division uses the State of Oregon ePermitting system for the following services:
- Pull Permits for Residential Projects (New Dwellings and ADUs, Manufactured Homes, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Backflow Devices, etc.)
- Pull Permits for Commercial Projects (New Structures, Structural Repairs and Additions, Tenant Improvements, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Systems, etc.)
- Submit Plans and Documents for Permits
- Pay for Permits
- Schedule Inspections
- Track Permit Progress
