Planning Division

Responsibilities & Services

The Planning Division prepares and maintains policy guidelines and reviews and processes various land use applications. Planning staff leads the city's Development Review Team, which is comprised of city staff from our economic development, engineering, fire, and legal departments. Planning staff also work with the Planning Commission, City Council and various subcommittees as needed.
