City's Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan fulfills the desires of the Mayor and City Council to look forward and plan ahead for the community. The plan serves as a guide to realize Dallas’ 2030 Vision through a series of vision statements, goals and actions. The plan is intended to enhance the quality of life for our citizens and patrons, as well as ensuring the city organization is run with efficiency and effectiveness.
