Improvements to SE Godsey Rd and SE Monmouth Cutoff Rd are scheduled to begin on July 20, 2026. During this time, expect delays on SE Monmouth Cutoff Rd due to construction activity. SE Godsey Rd will be closed to through traffic, allowing only local access. Emergency response, delivery services, garbage service and school bus traffic will have access. Monmouth Cutoff Rd will be widened to allow for a turn lane onto Godsey Rd for eastbound traffic. Improvements will also include sidewalks on both sides of Monmouth Cutoff Rd and pedestrian crossings at Godsey Rd. Godsey Rd will be improved from SE Olive St to SE Monmouth Cutoff Rd. These improvements include sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, stormwater facility installation, and repaving.
